This pattern will provide tips for creating a smaller dog and a larger dog stuffed animal from the same pattern. For a larger dog, I suggest holding two strands of worsted weight yarn together and completing the crochet pattern as normal.
This pattern is only available in English and is written in US Terms.Materials needed:
Crochet hook – size to meet desired gauge
Wool of the Andes Worsted weight yarn in 3 colors:
-Main color for the dog’s body
-Accent color for the details of the dog’s face -Accent color for the collar (optional)

Very Important Note Regarding Gauge:
Please be aware that this pattern is designed to achieve two different sizes. The smaller version of this pattern was designed with worsted weight yarn and a 3.5 mm hook, that achieved a puppy about 6 inches tall when finished.
A larger pup was designed with two strands of worsted weight yarn held double as if to be one thicker strand of yarn, and a 6mm crochet hook to achieve a dog about 10 inches tall when finished.
Matching these specific gauges is not a necessity and can be adjusted to make your dogs whatever size you like.
