Shipping policy
Shipping Policy for Physical Items:
- Physical items will typically be shipped within 1-3 days of order placement. Our Friendly World reserves the right to extend this shipping time based on unforeseen circumstances such as inventory issues.
- If an order will be shipped late, the customer will be contacted with any updates and questions regarding the order.
- Orders will be shipped with tracking numbers. The customer will receive order updates via email.
Delivery for Digital Items:
- Digital items will be delivered in the form of a download link sent to the customer's email. If this link is not received within 24 hours, or if you have any trouble accessing your digital download, please reach out to us at ourfriendlyworld@gmail.com.
Return Policy for Physical Items:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- Free return shipping within 30 days of the order delivery date.
- All items must be unused and in new condition, not including any potential damages caused by shipping.
- A full refund will be issued to the original form of payment if all of the above criteria are met.
Return Policy for Digital Items:
- All digital items are final sale, and are not eligible for return or refund.
- In the case that a digital item has mistakenly been purchased multiple times by the same customer, the customer may be eligible for a refund. All order numbers should be provided to determine which products are eligible for refund.
